Well at least the handful of guys that flock into every Stark thread can no longer call it a “mystery/hypothetical” bike.
Looking forward to the updates!
nope, not real. youll never get ur bike. theyre only preproduction. /s
its probably just an empty box
Frickin’ AWESOME! Congrats Bryan!
Really looking forward to hearing your real world feedback now that you got the Varg in your garage and out at your local tracks!
Enjoy!!! 😎 👍❗️
The Shop
Great Bryan, excited to hear your take on the bike in the upcoming days ! Don’t let the fact that you have the future of electric motocross bikes in the palm of your hands bother you. LOL
Nu Bike! Lol pop that bad boy open we wanna see.
I can’t believe they ship them just like a MTB! What a trip
Fuck yes
It’s been 12min since you started this thread. Is the box being a bitch to open or what? Cut the metal bands and pull the cardboard off already!
Awesome !! Congrats . Hearing how its different from the bike you rode would be interesting. It might help answer questions people have from watching the media impressions videos from the earlier bikes and maybe even your first impression. Will You be able to weigh it? If you do comparisons to a gas bike, it might be interesting to weigh both bikes in to show the weights of both ready to ride . I'm wondering how it will be in the sand. I know I've said it already. I know people wonder how it will do in mud too, but its such a beautiful bike, I wouldn't want to ride it on a super muddy track if it was mine. Sand is bad enough.
I'm sure there will the normal dingle berries coming on and posting some dumb stuff. But it seems like there are many more people that are really interested in them than are not. Have fun! Hope you have some time off from working so Your able to put some time on it right away!
Congrats! Looking forward to a ride report.
Looks like a new garage as well, Nice.
The life of an influencer can be complicated. You have to get the still and video cameras set just right, set the lighting, rehearse your lines, run it by Stark for approval, edit, add music, solicit sponsors, and on and on. That box won't come off until next week.
lol, I kid.
Sort of.
Pretty cool. Congratulations.
A new bike in a crate is all that much better, congrats!
.. & so it begins.
Live it up Bryan.
If i were an "influencer" and this were my job to market the bike, that might be true. But, as i've said 1000x already, i'm just a customer like everyone else, i'm not being paid to do any of this, and i have a full time day job.
Really interested in how it compares to the pre-production bikes you've already ridden.
Congrats man!
And big respect to Anton Wass - the founder - dude has vision and big balls and is clearly an enthusiast. I have zero doubt he lurks here.
Pit Row
Going out on a limb here but … I am betting that Stark actually greased all the moving parts correctly so no need to frame it !!!
Congratulations!
With a few bolts & a battery thrown in for some weight
That would another interesting thing to take a look at. Tear it down and show if it has grease or not. If its properly greased up that adds some value to it too over ICE bikes since none of them come with enough grease in them. I bet You could use up a pound or 2 in grease on a new bike.
Even if your able to tear down ,grease and put the bike back together in an hour or 2. Not having to do it would be really nice. But then again, I always enjoyed seeing how the new bike had changed and learning how to work on the new bike when taking it apart before riding it. Now that I have a SXS its a much much bigger project and not as much fun with the limited time I have to work on my own stuff.
Good luck on the build Bryan. I'm stuck on the gas bikes , but am anxious to see what you have going on with this thing.
Congrats. I've been waiting for this day almost as much as I'm sure you have!
Beware: If I see you at Cahuilla or Fox, I'm going to ask you to ride with me.
Don't forget to run it through a couple of heat cycles and check that oil for debris! Oops, wrong thread..
Assemble!!!!!!!
This thread is rad.
Is that a bike stand it comes with?
I gotta tell ya I'd be tempted to order another one and have left the bands uncut on that crate. There will only ever be one "first". So I've heard.
sweet bike! enjoy it.
Is it just me or does the exhaust look a little flimsy?
Post a reply to: New bike day - Stark Varg has arrived!!!!
